In the event that people are shown: I confirm that the person(s) depicted in the photograph(s) have been informed of the submission of the photographs and have agreed to a publication. I hereby indemnify WIRLBY.com from any alleged claims of third parties

Igrant WIRLBY.com the right for to use these images from the present date until no end date, to use the images submitted. The images may be edited or reshaped (i.e. by the assembly, combination with pictures, texts or graphics)

WIRLBY.com shall have the sub-licensable and worldwide right to use my details as set forth above in relation to the photographs, in any manner whatsoever. The use may include, but is not limited to, editing, duplication, licensing, distribution and incorporation in other works, in whatever form (e.g. hard copy or electronic), such as posters, publications, websites, films or videos, and their unrestricted use, without any obligation on the part of WIRLBY.com to seek any further authorisation by the undersigned.

I express permission for these to be used across the internet, including but not limited to the use of the website, social media, and any other digital platforms. I express the permission for the photos to be used in any other way that WIRLBY.com sees fit, inclusive of any printing and monitoring.

I understand that I will not be entitled to receive any payment in consideration for the use of details related to my person as set forth above, in the photographs pursuant to this declaration of consent.

I consent to the use of my first name, wedding date and any other information provided that I have submitted in connection with the photographs, and I also allow WIRLBY.com not to use my name and details, as appropriate.

The granting of the above-mentioned rights applies to the free use of my photographs for the purposes described above. The exploitation of the photographs for purposes other than those described is prohibited.

I hereby certify that I am not bound or restricted by other contracts, exclusive use rights, or the like in the use of my pictures or my name.
